Vivian put on a special show for us...a magic trick show to present Barbara her presents. As she was unfolding her show, I was quite literally, anticipating every next move. I really think I'm a kid sometimes. But regardless of my naivity, the show she put on for us was entertaining!
As always, I stuck to my vegetarian diet with a plate of antipasti, while they enjoyed smoked salmon+potato+sour cream. Their plates looked delicious!
But of course, I leave the best for the last..Strawberry and vanilla icecream on a hot waffle.
And Christine, again makes one of her beautiful and delicate desserts. This time it was velvety soft chocolate mouse ball on a 75% dark lindt chocolate square. We are too spoiled by her desserts. When....if..I get married, Christine, I am hiring you to create a wedding cake for me! :3
And after dinner, a few of us gathered at Barbara's place to see the new kitten her boyfriend gave to her as a gift. Needless to say, we had a ton of fun with the little kitty. Three month old kobe is going to have a happy life.
